Setema Gali is a Super Bowl Champion, elite performance coach, and founder of Access Personal Power and co-owner of Elite Performance Prep Academy. But before all that, he was just a kid on food stamps—navigating racism, poverty, divorce, and dysfunction. He’s been the boy who didn’t fit in. The kid who got in trouble. The young man who nearly got lost in systems that break you instead of build you.

Setema invests in the next generation by speaking in underfunded schools, mentoring athletes, visiting juvenile detention centers, and partnering with organizations that serve disadvantaged youth. Though his typical speaking fee begins at $50,000, he often donates his time or finds sponsors to cover costs—because he was that kid.
Through his youth-focused companies—Access Personal Power and Elite Performance Prep Academy—Setema is helping young men and women all over the country build the confidence, discipline, identity, and emotional strength to rise beyond their circumstances.
