Who We Are
At first glance, Setema Gali is a Super Bowl champion, global keynote speaker, and elite performance coach to executives and entrepreneurs. But at his core? He’s still the kid who grew up on food stamps, got lost in anger and confusion, and had to fight his way back through pain, purpose, and power.
This isn’t a side project—it’s his life’s calling.
Through this youth-focused platform, Setema brings the same proven coaching frameworks he uses with CEOs and high performers—scaled for students, filled with light, energy, and hope. He co-leads Elite Performance Prep Academy, mentors youth across the country, and shows up where it counts most: in schools, gyms, group homes, and detention centers—anywhere a young person needs to hear, You matter. You’re not broken. And you’re not alone.
